WHAT TIME DO YOU OPEN?

Our doors and box office open around 7pm. If we're running a little late, bear with us. Remember, you can always buy your tickets online!

WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE?

Thursdays and Sundays we are open until 10pm. Our last ticket is sold around 9:45pm. Fridays and Saturdays we are open until midnight. Our last ticket is sold around 11:45pm.

IS THIS PLACE SCARY?

We dare you to ask our box office staff that question. They have been given instructions to act upon this question. That's all we'll say. Good luck.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?

Our attractions are enter at your own risk. We do offer child pricing for 10 and under, if you think they are brave enough or want to introduce them to some twisted things at that age.

WILL I GET TOUCHED?

The golden rule is DO NOT TOUCH the actors and they WILL NOT TOUCH you. That being said, there are some tight spaces and darkness, so you might get bumped into.

COULD I GET HURT?

Yes, if you do not follow the rules. DO NOT run and DO NOT hit anyone. We understand this is the first reaction when being scared but running or hitting will cause injuries to yourself and others. Be safe.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

There are absolutely NO refunds. You have paid entrance to be scared. It's not our fault you were too scared to even enter the attractions. Actually, that sounds like we did our job.

WHAT IF I HAD A FEW DRINKS BEFORE ATTENDING?

That's fine. In fact, we are surrounded by fine drinking establishments. BUT if we see that you are visibly too intoxicated we reserve the right to deny your admission. If you are granted admission and enter our attractions and we then feel you are too intoxicated or you're harassing our actors, again we reserve the right to remove you at ANY time.

WHAT IF IT IS RAINING?

If you're asking this question you must be afraid of rain. Therefore, that just adds to our show! Our attractions are completely inside and have inside queue lines. But as for making it from your vehicle to our haunt, you're on your own!

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?

We do online, but not onsite. Sorry, there are many banks and ATM's nearby.

CAN I CARRY MY CHILD THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS?

If you have to carry your child, they are obviously too young to attend our attraction. If you choose to do so, be warned, we have steps, ramps, and unleveled floors for effects. Along with blood, guts, and gore. After all that and you still choose to carry your child, they still have to purchase a ticket and we may be judging your parenting skills.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO IN A GROUP AT ONE TIME?

Our attractions go through many inspections. Per Sharon Fire Department, we are only aloud to let 4 people to a group. If that's not going to work, ask for a manager and they can assist you.
